We allow you to truly customize your gift box with the color scheme and the gifts inside. You can choose from our products or add any product you can find online!

Most gift companies sell mass produced or pre-made, one-size-fits-all boxes. We don’t. Your gift is thoughtfully designed by you, customized, unique, and made to feel especially personal.

The term "name-brand" refers to any products by major brands and retailers. E.L.F. cosmetics, Nike, Valentino are a few examples of name-brands!

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands. When you add a product from a name-brand, we source it from authorized retailers to ensure your gift contains authentic products! A small sourcing fee will apply.

To keep your box 100% authentic, we buy every "brand-name" item directly from authorized retailers.

Fees are small and scale with the product’s retail price — for example, everyday items add only two dollars, while high-end or luxury items include a slightly higher sourcing fee. You’ll always receive a final quote for approval before we buy the product and ship your order.

If your desired item is on discount, we will charge the sourcing fee based on the discount price.

Please aim to place your order at least two weeks before your preferred delivery date! Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or broken, or
  • You received the wrong product/order.

To begin a return:

  1. Email contact.humanaura@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package.

  2. Include your order number + photos of the issue.

  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
